TIP:
How to have your eggs fake tanned?
Just cook eggs in boiling water with the skin of two onions! Using just the outer layer of the onions, only the thin brown layer.
Normally, two onions will do. Choose the more brownish ones!

Didia, since you're getting the way to be a specialist in desserts, why not to try the "Pao de ló de Ovar"??? I'm sure you'll get the right cooking way and it will be the first person in Lisbon that knows how to make such a speciality of Aveiro!!! In the meantime I'll send you a traditional portuguese tart receipt, that no ones has... You can't find that tart in the market and it comes from the middle side of Portugal, from a small village... There is only one person who knows how to do it and she has given me the receipt!! Bye and good luck!! Ceci

that tart Ceci is talking about or the quiche? Ceci said she was e-mailing me the recipe, but I haven't received anything yet...She told me on the phone that it's some kind of raisin tart woh... (no clue).
